旅遊英文｜連假瘋出遊！trip、travel、tour 你屬於哪種旅遊？

只要遇上連假期間，總會有很多人計畫著要去旅遊！

如果說到旅行、旅遊的英文，

大家最常講的不外乎就是go on a trip 對吧！

可是！ trip, travel, tour, journey 這些英文單字都具有旅遊、旅行的意思，

讓我們來認識一下這些英文單字的差異與用法吧！

 trip

表示「短程、造訪」的旅行、行程，例如出去玩、出差等

在英文裡，也可以說是一種 short journey

I plan to go on a trip to Japan during the holiday.

My father is always on a business trip.

 travel

表示從某A地「移動」至B地的「這件事」

通常是指國外旅遊、出國旅遊居多，例如：travel abroad

He has a book coming out that is about his travels in Europe and America.

She recorded everything that happened on her travel.

 tour

表示以「瀏覽景點」的旅行，參觀、遊玩為主的旅遊

假如你是規劃美、加當地的旅行，其旅行團都會是以 tour 來稱呼，有day tour, local tour等等

I have a local tour in Canada last year.

Let's take a short tour of the museum starting at the first exhibition area.

 journey

表示從A地到B地的「路程、旅途」

The journey will take around 5 days.

The journey begins and ends in Taipei, and has stops in every city along the way.
